Regency Centers is proud to share that we’ve been honored with the First Coast Healthiest Companies Award for the 17th year in a row, marking our 11th consecutive year at the Platinum level — the highest possible recognition. This award, presented by the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council (FCWWC) in Jacksonville, FL, celebrates organizations that prioritize employee well-being and foster a culture of health in the workplace.
Regency's continued recognition at the Platinum level reflects our longstanding commitment to creating a supportive and health-conscious work environment. Both comprehensive and inclusive, our wellness initiatives offer a range of programs and resources designed to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees. These include, but are not limited to:
- Our partnership with Personify Health and their network of vendor partners
- Company-paid biometric screenings
- Wellness incentives that reward healthy behaviors
- A robust Employee and Management Assistance Program
At the recent FCWWC Conference and Awards Luncheon, 57 companies were recognized across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. Regency Centers was one of only five companies to achieve the Platinum award for 10 or more consecutive years— a distinction that sets us apart and underscores the impact of our ongoing efforts.
