Presented by the [First Coast Worksite Wellness Council](https://fcwwc.wildapricot.org/) (FCWWC) in Jacksonville, FL, the award recognizes organizations that genuinely prioritize the health and well-being of their people. For Regency, that commitment shows up every day, in the programs offered, the culture built, and the teams that make it all happen. Regency's wellness initiatives are comprehensive and inclusive, covering four pillars of wellbeing: Physical Health, Emotional balance, Financial Security, and Connected Community. Regency was one of only seven companies to achieve Platinum for 10 or more consecutive years.
