For the 18th consecutive year, Regency Centers has been honored with the First Coast Healthiest Companies Award, and for the 12th year in a row, at the Platinum level, the highest recognition available.
Presented by the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council (FCWWC) in Jacksonville, FL, the award recognizes organizations that genuinely prioritize the health and well-being of their people. For Regency, that commitment shows up every day, in the programs offered, the culture built, and the teams that make it all happen.
Regency's wellness initiatives are comprehensive and inclusive, covering four pillars of wellbeing: Physical Health, Emotional balance, Financial Security, and Connected Community. They include a partnership with Personify Health and their network of vendor partners, company-paid biometric screenings, an annual Health Fair, wellness incentives that reward healthy behaviors, and a robust Employee and Management Assistance Program, among much more.
At this year's FCWWC Conference and Awards Luncheon at the Florida Blue campus, 53 First Coast companies were recognized across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. Regency was one of only seven companies to achieve Platinum for 10 or more consecutive years. Eight members of the Regency team were there to accept the honor: Lisa Buchillon, Vinna Elabu, Christian Buckner, Thomas Bolton, Chris Moye, Craig O'Malley, Richard Trayner, and Reese Dowell.
A special thank you to Lisa Buchillon for administering our health and wellbeing programs, our marketing department for creatively communicating our initiatives, our Office Coordinators who help promote our programs across our office locations, and to executive leadership for their continued support of our company’s health and wellbeing initiatives.
