Brightside Barber came to us with a polished businessplan and creative ideas for the space, but unfortunately they didn’t have any open locations," said Chris Sanchez, Leasing Agent. "Usually we are more cautious with first time operators, but after getting to know the owners through the negotiation process it was clear that they were going to transform the space and deliver a unique barbershop experience.
Brightside has created a warm welcome by transforming its storefront with large, sliding windows and bar top seating. This new versatile indoor/outdoor area looks out into the open air; making the shop inviting for new customers and passersby.
Located in one of San Diego’s most populated neighborhoods, just one mile from I-8 and two miles from I-5, Brightside is anchored near a wide variety of top local and national retailers including Ralphs, Trader Joes, Nishiki Ramen, Big City Bagel, and Barry’s Bootcamp.
