Hap Stein, Regency Centers Chairman and CEO, was recently interviewed at REITweek: 2019 Investor Conference in New York.
Stein explained that Regency’s grocery anchors are adapting well to the changing retail landscape. He said that they are able to "really distinguish themselves with the customer, through the store experience, through value, and through service.”
