Vons Circle Center recently welcomed two unique and exciting merchants — Dirt Dog and Private Sneakers — to the Regency Centers portfolio. From “the official hot dog of Los Angeles,” to the latest and greatest designer sneakers from brands like Nike, Adidas and more, these locally beloved retailers are elevating the shopping experience for fashionistas and foodies alike.
With roots in the heart of Los Angeles and an awesome origin story, Dirt Dog was inspired by owner Timothy Cam’s upbringing on LA street food in the early 90s. Featuring a creative menu of Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs featuring toppings of epic proportions, Dirt Dog serves up everything from the “Flamethrower,” “Tapatio,” “Elote,” and “Pastrami” dogs, to decadent french fries, tacos, deep fried Oreos, and more. Dirt Dog even recently partnered with celebrity customer, Snoop Dogg, whose namesake hot dog, “Snoop’s Dogg,” is wrapped in “billionaire bacon.”
Bringing “heat to your feet,” Private Sneakers is a trendy local street style boutique offering a high-quality and sought after selection of sneakers and other shoes as well as clothing brands, skateboarding supplies, and more. With a strong focus on limited edition and exclusive items, Private carries something for everyone — from Nike Air Force 1s and Adidas Yeezys, to Vans, New Balance, and everything in-between.
