Regency's Dunwoody Village Welcomes Two Star-Studded Local Merchants

Regency’s Dunwoody Village is excited to welcome two fantastic, new local businesses to the shopping center: Village Threads boutique — which opened its doors back in May — and rustic wine and whiskey bar, Bar(n).

Projected to open this fall in tandem with the revitalization of the courtyard, Bar(n) will feature a square indoor and outdoor bar and partner with rotating food trucks. The concept will serve charcuterie and tapas-style small plates in addition to rotating monthly wines, rare whiskey, craft beer, and seasonal cocktails. Designed to resemble a modern barn, the inviting brick building will include a living room-style area with a large TV, and offer coffee, espresso, and pastries on weekend mornings.

DASH Hospitality is excited to bring The Village to life with Bar(n), Morty Meat & Supply, and Cuco's Cantina Food Truck," said David Abes, Owner, DASH Hospitality Group. Featuring a great courtyard with an outdoor screen and stage, this will be an awesome place where the Dunwoody Community will gather.

Nearby, Dunwoody Village’s first boutique, Village Threads, has had great success since its grand opening on May 1, 2021. Offering a mix of fantastic designers, hand-picked outfits, accessories and gifts for men and women, the one-stop-shop has something for everyone. The 2,000 SF space also features a lounge and sitting area with a fireplace, coffee bar, and sofa, creating the perfect environment for gatherings and events.

Growing up in Madison, NJ, my mother owned a store called, 'The Village Shop,’ so the name of my boutique is somewhat of an homage to her,” said Tracy Stalzer, owner. “My boutique, Village Threads, is located in the heart of Dunwoody Village. ‘Threads’ plays off threads on clothes and threading the community together; I want my shop to be the area’s happy place for on-trend and stylish clothing that’s pulled together with effortless ease.

We’re so lucky to have both of these businesses call Dunwoody Village home.
