The concept finds inspiration from obscure European emporiums, open-air markets and best-kept-secret boutiques with a goal of mingling fashion staples with home goods and quirky gifts. The store features everything from handmade throws and chic-but-affordable jeans to fragrant candles and Trina Turk decorative pillows. - Approximate opening March 2015. ##  ## Langford Market [**LangfordMarket.com**](http://www.LangfordMarket.com) **| [*Woodway Collection*](http://www.regencycenters.com/retail-space/tx/houston/woodway-collection)** - Concept opened in 2008, and has quickly expanded with 14 stores in cities such as Austin, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. - Urban-contemporary aesthetic with a variety of tops, pants, dresses and more under the retailer’s private label, Maude. They also have a collection statement of necklaces and chunky bracelets, mostly under $40. They recently opened a “Flagship” store at West Ave. - Approximate opening March of 2015. ##  ## See’s Candies [**Sees.com**](http://www.Sees.com) **|** [*North Hills Town Center*](http://www.regencycenters.com/retail-space/tx/austin/north-hills-town-center) - See’s created a media buzz about their opening by sending out media alerts, holding a VIP media night event, and also a grand opening event that included a ribbon cutting with approximately 30+ media members and local bloggers in attendance. - See’s also did a great job marketing to the local community by sending out approximately 40K flyers to local homes and businesses announcing their opening. ##  ## Glo Sun Spa [**GloSunSpa.com**](http://www.GloSunSpa.com) **|** [*Indian Springs Center*](http://www.regencycenters.com/retail-space/tx/the-woodlands/indian-springs-center) - Glo operates a true indoor tanning and skin care facility with spa and wellness services as well as a full line of skin care products. Glo offers a more personal experience and service to its clients. - As one of the best shopping centers in The Woodlands, Glo was very aggressive about getting in this center. ##  ## M. The stores choice locations and chic décor conveys luxury-caliber shopping in a dynamic environment. - M. Fredric stores have become fashion media darlings, frequented by celebrities, professional stylists, and sophisticated shoppers. (The three executives of M. Fredric are Adam Levine’s father and other family members.) - Not only focused on profits, M.
