Two crowd favorite food and beverage merchants — Gregory's Coffee and Shake Shack — have recently joined the merchant lineup at Regency's Glenwood Green, a premier shopping and dining destination in Old Bridge, NJ.
Earlier this month, Gregory’s Coffee held its grand opening celebration, with a high community turnout including an appearance by Mayor Debbie Walker. Festivities included free drinks and swag bags for the first 100 drive-thru customers, with local buzz resulting in several sold-out items and a caffeinated crowd to boot.
Known for its strong focus on quality, innovative products, and world class service, the family-run coffee business was founded in 2006 in Manhattan, and has since expanded to more than 50 locations nationwide.
Boasting flavor profiles that “bring the absolute best out of each bean,” Gregory’s freshly roasts its product in Long Island City, with a robust range of offerings from classic coffee staples, to creative house-made concoctions like the "Biscotti Testarossa," which features hazelnuts, almonds, two shots of espresso, and a “luxurious mascarpone cold foam blessed with a hint of orange zest.” Additional baked goods, hot sandwiches, and vegan options round out the menu, which includes something for every taste and preference.
To close out 2024, Glenwood Green welcomed Shake Shack in December. A coveted fast-casual restaurant franchise, Shake Shack is known for its mouthwatering burgers and hot dogs, crinkle cut fries, and milkshakes. With humble beginnings as a hot dog cart in NYC’s Madison Square Park in 2001, the company has expanded to more than 550+ locations nationwide, with no signs of slowing down.
As part of their grand opening, Shake Shack provided branded tote bags to the first 100 guests to walk through the door. It also hosted a donation drive garnering more than $1,200+ supporting the Old Bridge Food Bank, which provides supplemental groceries to individuals and families facing food insecurity in the community.
