Popular Oregon-based [Joe’s Burgers](https://www.joesburgers.com/) will soon serve up its classic burgers, fries, corn dogs and milkshakes at Beaverton, OR's [Murrayhill Marketplace](https://www.facebook.com/murrayhillmarketplace/). An excellent addition to the family-focused redevelopment, this installment marks Joe's return to the brick-and-mortar space. The eight-year-old burger joint is currently found in kiosks and university dining halls across the Oregon market, including Oregon State University and University of Oregon.

"We are thrilled to be part of Joe’s Burgers' re-entry into traditional brick-and-mortar retail," said [Kalin Berger](https://www.regencycenters.com/employee/1573/Kalin-Berger), Regency's Senior Leasing Agent. "In our leasing efforts, we surveyed residents in the greater Murrayhill and Southwest Beaverton community for their preferred merchants, and the responses were overwhelmingly in favor of food and beverage. With this redevelopment, our mission has been to thoughtfully and deliberately remerchandise with only best-in-class merchants."

> With Joe’s, we feel like we have succeeded in both missions: a truly best-in-class food and beverage merchant that we know will be embraced by the communities in Murrayhill and greater Beaverton.

Joe's unique 1,461 SF space will include a protected outdoor seating area and a roll-up door for all seasons and various weather conditions. With a well-loved menu featuring 100% Oregon-raised grass fed beef, milkshakes, fries and other classic American fare, there is much success projected for the merchant, who boasts a strong local following.
