From a new, local seafood concept and a hip coffee shop, to a boutique fitness staple and more, read on to learn more about what to expect from historic San Marco’s most anticipated shopping center, which is slated to begin opening later this Fall. **Gemma Fish + Oyster** This newly announced fresh seafood concept’s flagship location will open its doors at East San Marco’s prominent two-story corner building in Spring 2023. Guests can expect more “seasonal and worldly” fares, and less Southern-style fried seafood. > Our experience working with Regency has been better than we could have imagined, and after seeing the renderings for East San Marco, I knew in my heart that we had to open there,” she said. Gemma is slated to open in Spring 2023.
