Serving up fresh, made-to-order donuts that are “about a third of the size as a regular donut,” the husband-and-wife-owned business features 19 signature flavors including maple bacon, fruity pebbles, and coffee cake, to name a few. This will mark the shop’s third location. ![Top down view of a Mini Bar Donut variety box with small donuts](https://connect.regencycenters.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Preopening2-23.jpg?width=1000&name=Preopening2-23.jpg) > ![Headshot of Eric Apple](https://connect.regencycenters.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2624-full.png?width=187&name=2624-full.png)We are ecstatic to welcome Mini Bar to Fleming Island,” said [Eric Apple, Leasing Agent](https://www.regencycenters.com/employee/2624/Eric-Apple). “The shop has been an absolute staple in Jacksonville since opening near the beach in 2018, and we can’t wait for them to bring their delicious goodies to the Orange Park area. They’re the perfect addition to the shopping center, and we’ve heard nothing but excitement from the community about their upcoming opening. ![Vanilla and sprinkle donuts lined up in a grid](https://connect.regencycenters.com/hs-fs/hubfs/197515128_1454982124838132_1065038020373987988_n.jpg?width=1000&name=197515128_1454982124838132_1065038020373987988_n.jpg) In addition to partnering with other local bakers and roasters to provide kolaches and craft coffee, Mini Bar also offers donut cakes and custom catering orders for events including birthday parties, weddings and more. This 2,300+ SF space will provide the shop with its first ever events room, where these gatherings can be hosted privately in-house.  ![Open box of mini donuts inside the store, "Treat Yo'self" lit sign in background](https://connect.regencycenters.com/hs-fs/hubfs/208743864_1469968320006179_767456782681203536_n.jpg?width=1000&name=208743864_1469968320006179_767456782681203536_n.jpg) > We’re super excited about Fleming Island’s merchandising mix and the foot traffic that it will provide for us — particularly being in such close proximity to Publix, as we’ve never been located in a grocery-anchored shopping center before,” said Brooke Sams, Co-Owner, Mini Bar. "Being centrally located in different metropolitan areas is key, so bringing our product to the Orange Park area is the perfect next step for our business. We’re thrilled that the community is just as excited as we are! ![Front entrance to Publix at Fleming Island](https://connect.regencycenters.com/hs-fs/hubfs/154_N12_medium.jpg?width=1000&name=154_N12_medium.jpg) Located in a strong retail corridor at a busy intersection with an affluent customer base, [Fleming Island](https://www.regencycenters.com/property/detail/154/Fleming-Island) boasts a star-studded lineup of retailers including [Publix](http://www.publix.com), [Petco](http://www.petco.com), [Club Pilates](https://www.clubpilates.com), [Hand & Stone Massage](http://www.handandstone.com), [Planet Fitness](http://www.planetfitness.com), [Hallmark](http://www.hallmark.com), [Panera Bread](http://www.panera.com), [Moe’s Southwest Grill](http://www.moes.com), and more.
