Nordstrom Rack and Sephora Join Merchant Lineup at The Shops at SunVet

Regency Centers is currently transforming The Shops at SunVet in Holbrook, NY, into a vibrant community hub. The redevelopment includes the adaptive reuse of the existing structure into an open-air shopping center — one that blurs the lines between a place to gather and a place to shop.

Now, with Nordstrom Rack and Sephora joining its growing list of retailers, The Shops at SunVet is set to offer an unparalleled retail and dining experience that blends convenience with high-quality shopping.

Nordstrom Rack’s decision to join The Shops at SunVet marks a significant milestone in the center’s redevelopment. Known for offering top brands at discounted prices, Nordstrom Rack is a retail favorite that will draw a considerable number of shoppers. Regency is targeting delivery for mid-August 2025 to prepare for a fall opening, adding to the anticipation surrounding the revitalization of the shopping center.

We look forward to being a part of the Holbrook community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” said Gemma Lionello, President of Nordstrom Rack. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the New York market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.

Situated next to the highly anticipated Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack’s addition will create a ripple effect that attracts other premium retailers who want to be part of this dynamic retail environment.

One of those brands is Sephora, a global leader in personal care and beauty products. Sephora’s arrival at SunVet will significantly elevate the center’s appeal, especially among beauty enthusiasts. Its extensive range of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances will complement Nordstrom Rack’s fashion-forward offerings. Together, the brands will solidify SunVet’s status as a premier destination for shoppers seeking quality and variety.

As Sephora continues to expand its network of stores in Long Island, the SunVet redevelopment was an obvious choice for us,” said Kevin Perry, Director, Store Development. “We continue to see success with grocery-anchored centers that complement our mall locations by offering an easy and convenient way for new and existing clients to experience Sephora.

In the coming months, shoppers can look forward to exploring everything The Shops at SunVet will offer, including more exciting merchant announcements in the near future.
