Owner and operator Jill DeNinno describes the class concept, "Our upcoming Pop-Up class allows our studio the opportunity to connect with the Rockville community in a new way, and to take advantage of this beautiful fall weather," she explains. "At Pure Barre, we do not level our classes – any class on our schedule is great for beginners and veterans. The Pop-Up class will be the same structure \[minus the bar\], with modifications and advancements provided for those that need them. The class will remain approachable for new clients, but challenging enough for those that take class regularly." Pure Barre is an instructor-led group fitness class that uses small movements to sculpt your arms, tone thighs, lift your seat and flatten your abs. The technique is based upon the principal of isometrics – small, isolated movements that work one muscle group at a time to the point of fatigue. A full schedule of classes is available on the Pure Barre website. So bring your mat, water and a friend and try out the fitness class, sure to bring out your inner ballerina. ##### Connect With Us [Join Our Mailing List](https://www.regencycenters.com/connect-with-us/)  > [Explore Our Markets](https://www.regencycenters.com/properties/our-markets)  > [Find a Space For Your Place](https://www.regencycenters.com/properties)  > ##### Related Stories [Dec 30 Regency Centers Recognized Among 250 Best-Managed Companies in 2022](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regency-centers-best-managed-companies-2022) [Dec 16 Regency Team and Persimmon Place Give Back to Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regency-and-persimmon-place-give-back-stanford-health-care) [Feb 25 LUXE Wearhouse Opens Second IL Location;
