Regency Centers is excited to announce that it has achieved first place in Chicago and second place in San Francisco for the 2018 Healthiest Employer awards program. This recognition was hosted by Sequoia Consulting Group and powered by Springbuk, the leading employer-facing health intelligence platform. Regency believes that a healthy workforce is a productive workforce, and a competitive advantage for the company. This accolade is a proud reflection of our ongoing commitment to our people.
Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: Culture and Leadership, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analytics. Completed assessments were ranked with the proprietary Healthiest Employers Index, a 1-100 rubric for wellness programming.
At Regency, our team members are encouraged to achieve their personal health goals through a robust wellness program that is focused on education, awareness and prevention. We have always found it both crucial and beneficial to provide our employees with access to annual health checks and education on a variety of topics including nutrition, exercise, mental health and workplace ergonomics.
