Over the coming weeks, we'll continue to share the unique [#rctailgatetakeout](https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/rctailgatetakeout/) experiences of participants from coast-to-coast, including team-inspired treats and beverages to gift baskets, decor and more! Read on to learn more about the Ultimate Tailgate Takeout experience of Anastasia Clare Hansen ([@itsnothouitsme](http://www.instagram.com/itsnothouitsme)) in Houston, TX! ![View of the red, white, blue themed tailgate boxes with drinks and snacks](https://connect.regencycenters.com/hs-fs/hubfs/sports_baskets.jpg?width=1000&name=sports_baskets.jpg) Football season is here! While we can't tailgate or host game watch parties like usual, there are still plenty of ways to get into the spirit. I recently visited Regency's [Woodway Collection](https://www.regencycenters.com/property/detail/90077/Woodway-Collection) shopping center to build "Tailgate Takeout" boxes for my friends in preparation for the upcoming season! I filled my gift baskets with local Texas beer, glass bottle root beer, and sweet and salty snacks. Bottling popcorn in mason jars added a fun touch! I also decorated everything with ribbons in our team colors and dropped them off on friends' doorsteps so we can cheer on the Texans together. ![Influencer poses with DIY Tailgate Takeout boxes](https://connect.regencycenters.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC_0300.jpg?width=1000&name=DSC_0300.jpg) **DIY TAILGATE TAKEOUT BOXES:** Who doesn't love a custom box full of surprises?! Join in on the fun by creating your own team-themed party box using the items suggestions below. Then, deliver your boxes to friends or family and cheer on your home (or away) team together, but apart! 1. **Containers:** From baskets to birthday sports-themed bags, make sure your box is durable enough to hold your selected gift items. 2. **Team Colors:** Enhance your box with touches of your favorite team colors. Add flowers, confetti, balloons, cups, or simply fill with items based on the team's color palette. 3. **Personalized Items:** There's nothing more personal than including items that can only be found in your city or local grocery store. Whether it’s Trader Joe's infamous cookie butter, TX BBQ Sauce, or even a hometown brew, include these items to make the package feel ‘custom.’ 4. **Delivery Notes:** Make sure you include a delivery note in your package. We suggest using #RCTailgateTakeout so you can share your creations and memories with Regency Centers, too! ![Tailgate Takeout basket with drinks, a football, food](https://connect.regencycenters.com/hs-fs/hubfs/DSC_0339.jpg?width=1000&name=DSC_0339.jpg) *Learn more about Regency’s Ultimate Tailgate Takeout [here](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regency-centers-ultimate-tailgate-takeout), and enter to win the Ultimate Tailgate Takeout giveaway — including $500 to the grocer of your choice — [here](https://www.regencycenters.com/ultimate-tailgate-takeout/)!* ##### Connect With Us [Join Our Mailing List](https://www.regencycenters.com/connect-with-us/)  > [Explore Our Markets](https://www.regencycenters.com/properties/our-markets)  > [Find a Space For Your Place](https://www.regencycenters.com/properties)  > ##### Related Stories [Apr 01 Jagalchi Korean Market Debuts at Regency's Serramonte Center in Daly City, CA](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/jagalchi-regencys-serramonte-center) [Mar 27 Gregory’s Coffee & Shake Shack Join Glenwood Green in Old Bridge, NJ](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/gregorys-coffee-shake-shack-glenwood-green) [Jul 24 Mendocino Farms To Launch First Drive-Thru Concept at Scripps Ranch Marketplace](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/mendocino-farms-first-drive-thru-concept-scripps-ranch-marketplace) [Nov 12 Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout ft. @stylemeblonde](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regencys-ultimate-tailgate-takeout-ft.-stylemeblonde) [Oct 22 Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout ft. @ashleynewell.me](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/tailgate-takeout-ft.-ashleynewell.me) [Oct 14 Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout ft. @qruisinpch](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/tailgate-takeout-ft.-qruisinpch) [Jan 23 The Shops at Stone Bridge Takes Shape With Exciting New Retailers](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/the-shops-at-stone-bridge-takes-shape-with-exciting-new-retailers) [Dec 05 Tatte Bakery & Café Opens at Regency’s Westbard Square](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/tatte-bakery-café-opens-at-regencys-westbard-square) [Nov 15 New Grocers Expand in Regency’s Portfolio With Two Southern California Openings in 30 Days](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/new-grocers-expand-regencys-portfolio-with-two-southern-california-openings-in-30-days) [Jan 07 Out of Office: Jill Caffey's “Everesting” Climb of a Lifetime](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/out-of-office-jill-caffeys-climb-of-a-lifetime) [Nov 09 Out of Office: Hit the Slopes with Gary Fields and Eric Ryan](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/out-of-office-hit-the-slopes-with-gary-fields-and-eric-ryan) [Oct 27 Out of Office: Erika Omana Mentors through 'Minds Matter' Los Angeles](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/out-of-office-erika-omana) [Dec 11 Houston's Woodway Collection Welcomes Robert Talbott Pop-Up Shop](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/robert-talbott-pops-up-at-woodway-collection-in-houston-tx) [Jun 20 Regency's Woodway Collection Welcomes Local Houston Shop Emerson Sloan](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regencys-woodway-collection-celebrates-emerson-sloan-opening-in-houston-tx) [Dec 11 Houston's Woodway Collection Welcomes Robert Talbott Pop-Up Shop](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/robert-talbott-pops-up-at-woodway-collection-in-houston-tx) [Jun 20 Regency's Woodway Collection Welcomes Local Houston Shop Emerson Sloan](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regencys-woodway-collection-celebrates-emerson-sloan-opening-in-houston-tx) [Aug 09 Regency Brings Home Two Gold & One Silver 2021 ICSC Maxi Awards](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regency-2021-icsc-maxi-awards) [Nov 12 Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout ft. @stylemeblonde](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regencys-ultimate-tailgate-takeout-ft.-stylemeblonde) [Nov 04 Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout ft. @bruno.luca.doodles](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/regencys-ultimate-tailgate-takeout-ft.-bruno.luca.doodles) [Oct 22 Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout ft. @ashleynewell.me](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/tailgate-takeout-ft.-ashleynewell.me) [Oct 14 Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout ft. @qruisinpch](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/tailgate-takeout-ft.-qruisinpch) [Oct 08 Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout ft. @youngatheartmom](https://connect.regencycenters.com/blog/ultimate-tailgate-takeout-ft.-youngatheartmom) Subscribe [![Regency Centers](https://www.regencycenters.com/ResourcePackages/Regency/assets/dist/images/regency-centers.svg)](https://connect.regencycenters.com/) -
