Regency Centers is pleased to announce that it has been included as a 2025 [Green Lease Leader](https://greenleaseleaders.com/) with Platinum recognition, as awarded by the Institute for Market Transformation and the U.S. Department of Energy’s [Better Buildings Alliance](https://betterbuildingssolutioncenter.energy.gov/alliance).

Since 2014, the Green Lease Leaders program has leveraged high-performing leases to drive energy efficiency, improving landlord-tenant collaboration, and supporting high-performance buildings. This recognition reflects our commitment to energy-aligned practices and ongoing sustainability leadership.

This recognition affirms what’s long been true at Regency: sustainability is built into our business. From collaborating with retailers on shared environmental goals to incorporating thoughtful design and operations across our portfolio, we take a proactive approach to ensuring our centers support both people and the planet.
