Local Philadelphia chain honeygrow recently signed a lease for a 2,550 SF space at Regency’s Glenwood Green in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
The fast-casual brand boasts 35 establishments throughout the northeast, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Massachusetts. This Glenwood Green location, which is slated to open in April 2024, marks the first in Regency’s portfolio. With a large vegetarian market in Old Bridge, the addition provides even more options for the health-conscious consumer.
The Glenwood Green location is a natural next step for honeygrow to strengthen our brand presence throughout New Jersey and bridge the gap between existing honeygrow restaurants in the northeast corridor,” said Justin Rosenberg, Founder and CEO, in Real Estate NJ Magazine. “We are thrilled to introduce honeygrow to Old Bridge and to continue to exceed our guests’ expectations in providing craveable, creative, and healthy meal options.
honeygrow offers a wide selection of fully customizable stir-fry dishes and salads. Customers can select from a variety of bases, proteins, veggies, garnishes, and sauces. Or, they can choose one of several signature dishes like the Red Coconut Curry or Kale Chicken Caesar. The mix-and-match menu style allows customers to modify ingredients as needed to suit their preferences and dietary needs.
I’m a huge fan of the honeygrow brand,” said David Sherin, Senior Leasing Agent. “Being from Philadelphia, I’m a loyal customer who’s had the pleasure of watching them grow. I’m extremely excited to add them to our portfolio and look forward to doing many more deals with them in the future.
