Local, cherished, modern party supply and gift shop [Emerson Sloan](https://www.emersonsloan.com/) recently opened at our [Woodway Collection](https://www.regencycenters.com/property/detail/90077/Woodway-Collection) development in Houston, TX. In addition to its eye-catching inventory of colorful and well-curated party supplies, party favors and gifts, Emerson Sloan offers online ordering and convenient in-store pick-ups for on-the-go shoppers and busy party planners alike.

Following in the footsteps of its successful flagship storefront in Houston’s West University district, Woodway Collection provides a prime landing spot for the shop’s second location. The 1,700 SF space boasts a close proximity to the [Galleria](https://www.simon.com/mall/the-galleria) submarket with best-in-class retailers. Home to neighborhood favorites from the deliciously organic and eco-friendly [Whole Foods](https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/) Market, to popular health and wellness boutiques including [Pure Barre](http://purebarre.com/) and [Sou](http://purebarre.com/)[lCycle](https://www.soul-cycle.com/), Woodway Collection also plays host to restaurants and eateries like [Buffalo Grille](http://www.thebuffalogrille.com/)and [Carrabba’s Italian Grill](https://www.carrabbas.com/) as well as fashionista favorites including [Lily Rain](https://www.lilyrain.com/), [Francesca’s a](https://www.francescas.com/)nd [Chico's](https://www.chicos.com/store/).

> Emerson Sloan adds to Woodway Collection's unique blend of national, local and regional brands," said [Lauren Heimann](https://www.regencycenters.com/employee/2668/Lauren-Heimann), Senior Leasing Agent. "Moving forward, we’re committed to maintaining this mix with a focus on adding specialized retailers and boutiques to our roster. We’re also proud to be a part of Houston’s Memorial Villages real estate community, which is ranked nationally as a high-income trade area with walkability, accessibility and proximity to great shopping and entertainment like Woodway Collection.

With its Houston-local roots and trendy “one-stop-shop” perks perfect for celebratory gatherings — from birthday and graduation parties to holiday festivities and beyond — Emerson Sloan adds flair, pizzaz and a whole lot of fun to the Woodway Collection development, and we’re excited to be part of the evolution of this growing small business in the Houston community.
