I think we will continue to see demand for increased transparency and disclosure on sustainability. We believe the transparency is a positive for the market, we've seen that with the emergence of GRESB [Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark] over the past three or four years, things such as the carbon disclosure project and GRI [Global Reporting Initiative.] I think we will continue to see an increase in the request for disclosure both at a corporate level and also at an asset level.
