Yesterday marked the highly anticipated grand opening of Sprouts at The Village at Hunter’s Lake in Tampa, FL. As the fifth Sprouts location — and specifically the first in Florida — in the Regency portfolio, this event comes on the heels of several new, exciting developments to the mixed-use New Tampa shopping center.
Sprouts prides itself as a trusted grocer that offers a variety of quality, wholesome food at sensible prices, and empowers its customers to eat healthier and live better. From fresh produce to full-service deli, meat and seafood counters and a curated selection of healthy, natural brands, the grocer’s spacious, low-profile aisles have something for everyone. Since its Chandler, AZ-based inception in 2002, Sprouts has grown to open 340 stores and hire more than 35,000 team members.

Mike Kinsella and Nick Wibbenmeyer led the team in creating an incredible mixed use project, with Sprouts as our organic anchor,” said Marc Elias, Senior Leasing Agent. “The community — who has voiced a need for an organic grocer and a solid mix of other options — is extremely excited. We think we have created a true ‘live, work and play’ development through our tenancy and amenities, which include multiple dog parks and a fitness trail. An additional mix of notable merchants have recently opened their doors at the 71,937 SF development including Starbucks, Fresh Kitchen, Via Italia, Poke Island Plus, The UPS Store, First Watch, Grain & Berry and Yoga Six.
