Marc Elias HeadshotMike Kinsella and Nick Wibbenmeyer led the team in creating an incredible mixed use project, with Sprouts as our organic anchor,” said Marc Elias, Senior Leasing Agent. “The community — who has voiced a need for an organic grocer and a solid mix of other options — is extremely excited. We think we have created a true ‘live, work and play’ development through our tenancy and amenities, which include multiple dog parks and a fitness trail. Kudos to all involved, including Jose Borrego, David Freeman, Shannon Erler, Pam Ashe-Oldaker and the rest of the team. We couldn’t be more excited for the New Tampa community.
