From June to August, the interns were immersed in a full-service commercial real estate experience, with a host of opportunities to learn from various team members and departments across the company. In addition to their daily tasks, the internships included a roundtable discussion with Regency’s President & CEO, [Lisa Palmer](https://www.regencycenters.com/employee/9308/Lisa-Palmer), a Q+A session with Lisa Palmer, [Mike Mas](https://www.regencycenters.com/employee/9984/Mike-Mas) (Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer) and [Barry Argalas](https://www.regencycenters.com/employee/9306/Barry-Argalas) (Senior Vice President, National Transactions and Investment Strategy), as well as a social media workshop with [Chelsea DuDeVoire](https://www.linkedin.com/in/chelseadudevoire/) (Manager, Communications).
