Regency Wraps Up Summer Internships in Jacksonville, Atlanta, & Dallas

This Summer, Regency Centers had the pleasure of facilitating three comprehensive, rotational internship programs in its Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Dallas offices. From June to August, the interns were immersed in a full-service commercial real estate experience, with a host of opportunities to learn from various team members and departments across the company.

In addition to their daily tasks, the internships included a roundtable discussion with Regency’s President & CEO, Lisa Palmer, a Q+A session with Lisa Palmer, Mike Mas (Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer) and Barry Argalas (Senior Vice President, National Transactions and Investment Strategy), as well as a social media workshop with Chelsea DuDeVoire (Manager, Communications).

Read on to learn more about our awesome interns and their experiences, which spanned multiple focuses — from leasing, operations, and construction, to investments, marketing, financial services, and beyond.

Headshot of Lauren BottonariDanny has such a passion for wanting to understand the ‘why’ behind everything, and such a hunger to learn,” said Lauren Bottonari - Vice President, Market Officer. "He asked great questions, has an incredible work ethic, and would walk into our offices and ask things like ‘What are you working on?' and 'Can I sit in on this meeting?’ From creating an awesome presentation from his own market research, to doing his own mock ‘showing’ of one of our retail spaces, he took full advantage of his time here. His can-do attitude is going to take him so far, and I’m excited to see what his future holds.
