According to The Little Beet's website, the fast-casual eatery first opened its doors in 2014 with this powerful mission: “to offer wholesome, healthy food that not only tastes great, but makes you feel great.” That’s why Regency is thrilled to welcome the healthy and delicious NYC-originated eatery to The Village Center development in Westport, CT, slated to open late Summer 2020.
Serving up a wide variety of ingredients and flavors, the The Little Beet’s menu is 100% gluten-free, and all of its dishes are sourced from trusted farmers. From create-your-own and chef-made rice and quinoa bowls to breakfast sandwiches, bowls, parfaits and oatmeal dishes, The Little Beet offers something for everyone, without compromising on quality, flavor or freshness.

"Since the inception of our internal renovation discussions, we have always envisioned a top-notch healthy lifestyle eatery here, and The Little Beet is just that. Not only will this be a tremendous addition to the Westport community, but it will also create additional foot traffic and synergy among our existing merchants.
With additional catering and mobile ordering services, The Little Beet makes the perfect addition to The Village Center, and will occupy more than 1,900 SF of the 89,259 development. It joins a growing roster including Fresh Market, Drybar, Free People, Orangetheory Fitness, Physique 57, Dan’s Liquor and Dunkin Donuts.
