The Packaged Good - An Inspirational Story from Dunwoody Village Retailer

In a recent article published by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Regency Centers retailer The Packaged Good was spotlighted for its dedication to helping others. Located in Dunwoody Village, about 25 miles outside of Atlanta, GA, the concept was created by owner Sally Mundell who made a promise to her late husband that she'd start a foundation to help others.

The Packaged Good is a nonprofit that provides a fun, inspirational environment where kids and community groups can decorate and personalize care packages for people in need.

Leslie Mintz, Regency's Leasing Agent, helped Sally's vision become a reality at Dunwoody Village.

“My husband and I have known Sally and her extended family for a long time and we are so happy to see her hard work come to fruition," said Leslie. "She is very passionate about this concept and has given the Atlanta community a fun way to spend time together giving back."

The store will celebrate its official grand opening Saturday, July 2 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The background and history on The Packaged Good is truly inspirational, for an in-depth look please visit the article published by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
