In a recent [article](http://www.myajc.com/news/lifestyles/parenting/teaching-children-the-joy-of-giving/nrnyk/) published by *The Atlanta Journal-Constitution*, Regency Centers retailer [The Packaged Good](https://www.thepackagedgood.org/) was spotlighted for its dedication to helping others. Located in [Dunwoody Village](http://www.regencycenters.com/retail-space/ga/dunwoody/dunwoody-village#.V3Lal5MrJBw), about 25 miles outside of Atlanta, GA, the concept was created by owner Sally Mundell who made a promise to her late husband that she'd start a foundation to help others.

The Packaged Good is a nonprofit that provides a fun, inspirational environment where kids and community groups can decorate and personalize care packages for people in need.

Leslie Mintz, Regency's Leasing Agent, helped Sally's vision become a reality at Dunwoody Village.

> “My husband and I have known Sally and her extended family for a long time and we are so happy to see her hard work come to fruition," said Leslie. "She is very passionate about this concept and has given the Atlanta community a fun way to spend time together giving back."

The store will celebrate its official grand opening Saturday, July 2 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The background and history on The Packaged Good is truly inspirational, for an in-depth look please visit the [article published](http://www.myajc.com/news/lifestyles/parenting/teaching-children-the-joy-of-giving/nrnyk/) by *The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.*
