North Florida Urban Land Institute has selected Regency Centers Chairman and CEO Martin “Hap” Stein as its 2017 Visionary Leader Award recipient. Stein has served as Regency’s CEO since the company’s initial public offering in 1993, and as chairman since 1999.
Persimmon Place recently earned a 2017 U.S. MAXI Silver Award in the traditional marketing category for its 2016 Wine Stroll event. This award recognizes innovative events, programs and technology that add value to shopping centers and companies across the nation. Winners were announced May 21 at ICSC RECon in Las Vegas.
Regency Centers Corporation has been recently awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), who has announced the winners of the 2016 U.S. Design and Development Awards competition, recognizing excellence, innovation and creativity in the U.S. retail real estate industry. ICSC has named Regency Centers’ Westlake Plaza and Center in Los Angeles, and Persimmon Place in Northern California as Commendation winners in the categories of Renovations and Expansions, and New Developments.
