Grace's Healthy Mediterranean Dip
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Garnish with olive oil and fresh dill.
- Serve with potato chips or sliced veggies.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. full fat greek yogurt
- 2 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 oz. sour cream
- 2 oz. crumbled feta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil + more for garnish
- 1/4 cup chopped dill + more for garnish
- zest of 1/2 a lemon
- Kosher salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
For Serving - Potato chips
- Sliced veggies
- Pita chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie dish.

Top the cream cheese mixture with the pizza sauce. Use a spatula to spread the sauce evenly over the cream cheese.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce and top with pepperoni.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.

Serve with baguette slices.
