Bagels R Us Opens Third Local Shop at South Beach Regional

On Friday, January 31, Bagels R Us opened its doors to a third area location at South Beach Regional in Jacksonville Beach. From savory bagel melts to filling breakfast sandwiches, plus a variety of freshly baked bagels and spreads, Bagels R Us provides a convenient breakfast or lunch option located near Trader Joe's and Nekter Juice Bar. The center is home to OrangeTheory Fitness and Big Fish Yoga, which should both bring in ravenous locals for post-workout eats and coffee.

To provide patrons a NY city bagel experience, Bagels R Us has been kettle baking and boiling its bagels for the past 20 years. And its plethora of cream cheese varieties — think savory bacon and cheddar and veggie to sweet raisin walnut and strawberry — are mixed by hand. Its other two locations are a Beach Boulevard store, and another on San Jose Boulevard in Mandarin.

We are excited to bring Bagels R Us to South Beach Regional and the Beaches,” said Eric Apple, Leasing Agent. “This center has lacked food operators, so we are fortunate to have a strong, local operator to now fill that void. We hope to continue that momentum by welcoming additional new options that can best serve the community’s dining needs.

The new shop occupies 1,180 SF which belonged formerly to Subway. Aside from it, Nekter Juice Bar is the only other food option. Classic Cakes has a storefront but caters to events and weddings.

South Beach Regional, conveniently located at J. Turner Butler Boulevard and scenic AIA, is home to Trader Joe's, ULTA, The Home Depot, SteinMart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Staples.
