Lisa Palmer, Regency's President and Chief Financial Officer and Director, was honored last week at United Way of Northeast Florida’s 15th annual Up Close and Personal event. Hosted by United Way's women’s leadership group, Women United took place at University of North Florida.
The signature networking event connects Women United members to a panel of community honorees who share their personal, professional and philanthropic insights through intimate table discussions. Palmer was one of 10 Up Close and Personal honorees recognized for her philanthropic leadership.
Women United has nearly 500 members locally who contribute more than $1 million to the community each year.

Lisa Palmer was selected as an honoree because of her passion for giving back," said Emily Lawrence, United Way Manager of Affinity Groups. "She is a Tocqueville Society member, a United Way of Northeast Florida board member and a board member for the Jacksonville Chamber. At Up Close and Personal, she shared her personal experiences to inspire and empower other women who are passionate about lifting their community through the power of their collective voices and actions!
Palmer has been Regency's President since January 1, 2016, and Chief Financial Officer since January 2013. She also serves as a director since 2018. A graduate of the University of Virginia, she also holds an M.B.A. from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. She has extensive knowledge of the shopping center and real estate industries and has extensive experience in finance and capital markets, operations, public board strategy, and governance.
