CVS customers rejoice: the MinuteClinic is going digital. The drugstore is rolling out a nationwide service to conveniently treat easily diagnosable medical issues through the comfort of its mobile app. The service will be most useful for those with maladies like colds and the flu, skin issues and general wellness flare-ups.
“At CVS Health, we’re committed to delivering high-quality care when and where our patients need it and at prices they can afford," CVS Health Chief Medical Officer Troyen Brennan said in a statement according to USA Today. "Through this new tele-health offering, patients now have an additional option for seeking care that is even more convenient for them.”
