Since 2019, when Preston Oaks was devastated by a tornado, Regency has worked to repair and rebuild the popular Dallas shopping center. Now, the final pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. Four new retailers — Ever/Body, Mia Bella Couture, Mr. Winston's Barbershop, and Pinto Ranch — recently opened for business. And after the highly anticipated Heyday Skincare joins the lineup this fall, the center will be fully leased.
As Dallas quickly emerges as a vibrant hub for fashion and beauty, we’re excited to play a part in shaping its journey forward with a mix of merchants that embrace self-care and personal style.
With an understanding that everyone has different goals for their skin, Ever/Body takes a personalized approach to cosmetic dermatology. The New York-based medspa offers a curated collection of treatments, including injectables, microneedling, and laser hair removal that provide optimal, long-lasting results.
The 3,438 SF space at Preston Oaks is the company’s first location in Texas. Equal parts innovative medical facility and soothing spa-like atmosphere, Ever/Body demystifies cosmetic dermatology — starting with transparent pricing. All services are backed by scientific research and performed by a medical professional. The cherry on top: Appointments are an hour or less, making it easy for clients to stop in during their lunch break.
Dallas socialites can dress to impress at Mia Bella Couture, bringing the latest in bridal and formal wear. Mia Bella offers a handpicked selection of designer gowns for any formal occasion, from prom and homecoming to weddings and galas. Shoppers who want a one-of-a-kind look can also purchase a custom design, like the wedding and reception dresses the owner designed for his wife.
On the cutting edge of men’s grooming, Mr. Winston’s is redefining what it means to be a neighborhood barbershop. The Dallas-based retailer — which has humble beginnings as a single chair in a men’s clothing boutique — opened its first standalone location at Preston Oaks. And just like a great haircut, no detail was spared when building out the 1,278 SF space.
Old-world sophistication can be seen in everything from the interior design to the customer service. The shop is outfitted with navy subway tiles, wooden cabinetry, and brass hardware — a nod to the art deco style of the 1920s. And as they get their haircut, guests can enjoy music played over a turntable while sipping on a glass of bourbon. Plus, all cuts include a hot neck shave and shoulder massage.
Mr. Winston’s goes the extra mile to mitigate the pain points found in traditional salons. You won’t find upselling, extra wait times, or forced conversation — just great haircuts at affordable prices. Guests can even determine their level of interaction with their barber. When booking their appointment, they can specify if they want classic barbershop banter or would rather keep the talking to a minimum.
Preston Oaks also said a warm “howdy” to Pinto Ranch, a western wear retailer that blends tradition and trend. The country-chic store offers a selection of luxury brands and finely crafted accessories, helping shoppers suit up from their boots to their hats.
The Preston Oaks store is the newest of three retail locations in Texas — and the only one in Dallas. Designed after its namesake, an operating ranch from the 1930s, Pinto Ranch storefronts preserve the spirit of an authentic Western lifestyle. Cowboy boots, buckles, cufflinks, and more are hand-crafted by select artisans and silversmiths.
Yet another fresh face joins Preston Oaks as Heyday, a premier self-care destination, prepares to open its doors in the coming weeks. The space is conveniently situated next to Ever/Body, perfectly complementing its services. Together, Ever/Body and Heyday form a dynamic duo of transformative experiences, united by a shared vision to disrupt the wellness industry.
Heyday aims to make skincare more accessible by “taking the facial out of the spa,” replacing silent rooms with warm spaces that invite conversation. The company emphasizes personalized facials, progressive products, and professional guidance to empower customers to achieve their unique skincare goals. Instead of being an expensive luxury, monthly facials now can be an affordable part of their everyday life.
At Preston Oaks, we worked to create an environment where shoppers would want to spend the day,” said Jessi Breaux, Regional Property Manager. “You can easily drop off your tailoring, get your nails done, pick up lunch, and buy groceries afterward. These five new retailers enhance our current merchandising mix and create a natural flow for shoppers to go from one store to the next.
Preston Oaks is a 102,706 SF shopping center servicing the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington community. Located in a prestigious neighborhood with the highest incomes in Dallas, the center boasts strong sales and upscale retailers, with a merchandising mix including Central Market, White House Black Market, and Mendocino Farms.
