After operating as a pop-up for the past year, Goodnights Comedy Club opened its new, permanent location at Regency’s Village District in Raleigh, North Carolina. Since opening its doors in 1983, Goodnights has hosted nationally known comedians such as Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, and Ellen DeGeneres.

Just Salad, a health-conscious, fast-casual eatery, opened its first Connecticut location at Regency's Black Rock Shopping Center. The eatery aims to bring "health and sustainability" to Fairfield with a menu consisting of over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, smoothies, and more.

At Regency’s Carytown Exchange in Richmond, Virginia, Nothing Bundt Cakes offers a modern spin on a classic treat. The popular bakery franchise handcrafts bundt cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes, and offers retail items like party supplies, décor, and gifts to help guests celebrate any occasion.

Message in a Bottle at Dunwoody Village (Dunwoody, GA)

Message in a Bottle, a beach-themed restaurant with a seafood-focused menu, is slated to open this fall at Regency’s Dunwoody Village in Dunwoody, Georgia. The restaurant will feature a dining room and raw bar, and transition into an open-air courtyard with a large outdoor screen and stage. On the menu, diners will find buckets of steamed shrimp, crabs, and oysters, as well as more elevated dishes like grilled grouper.
