[Mendocino Farms](https://www.mendocinofarms.com/), a fast-casual restaurant chain and West Coast favorite, is set to make its debut at Regency's [Scripps Ranch Marketplace](https://www.regencycenters.com/property/detail/60835/Scripps-Ranch-Marketplace) later this year. This highly anticipated addition will introduce the company’s very first mobile order pick-up lane, a fully dedicated lane for guests who place their orders ahead.

Renowned for its chef-driven dishes and locally sourced ingredients, Mendocino Farms has cultivated a devoted following that values quality and sustainability. The brand particularly resonates with the community in San Diego, which is home to seven other locations. By introducing its first mobile pick-up lane at Scripps Ranch Marketplace, Mendocino Farms hopes to provide patrons with an even more convenient way to enjoy their favorite fare on the fly.

Mendocino Farms aspires to be a neighborhood gathering place, a vision that can be seen in everything from employee training to store design. The Scripps Ranch interior will echo a coastal vibe, inviting the community to enjoy fresh, flavorful meals together. Guests will be greeted by “eat happy” signage and digital menu boards. The refurbished exterior will feature a heated patio, outdoor seating, and a foosball table.

The [Mendo menu](https://www.mendocinofarms.com/menus/) takes guests on a culinary adventure with seasonal sandwiches and salads. New chef-inspired innovations include the Street Corn Chicken Sandwich, Sweet Peach & Goat Cheese Salad, and Summer Heirloom BLT. Guests can also enjoy classics like the Chicken Pesto Caprese and Turkey Avo Salsa Verde.
