Mendocino Farms, a fast-casual restaurant chain and West Coast favorite, is set to make its debut at Regency's Scripps Ranch Marketplace later this year. This highly anticipated addition will introduce the company’s very first mobile order pick-up lane, a fully dedicated lane for guests who place their orders ahead.

The brand particularly resonates with the community in San Diego, which is home to seven other locations. By introducing its first mobile pick-up lane at Scripps Ranch Marketplace, Mendocino Farms hopes to provide patrons with an even more convenient way to enjoy their favorite fare on the fly.

The refurbished exterior will feature a heated patio, outdoor seating, and a foosball table.
The Mendo menu takes guests on a culinary adventure with seasonal sandwiches and salads. New chef-inspired innovations include the Street Corn Chicken Sandwich, Sweet Peach & Goat Cheese Salad, and Summer Heirloom BLT. Guests can also enjoy classics like the Chicken Pesto Caprese and Turkey Avo Salsa Verde.
