Last month, popular local pet store, Mud Bay, opened its doors at Regency’s Roosevelt Square in Seattle, WA. The successful grand opening celebration included complimentary treats, a staff meet-and-greet and charitable donations to Northwest Education Access: a Seattle-based organization helping low-income young people build their own path to higher education and beyond.
With an origin story beginning in 1988 as a “tiny farm store” located on Mud Bay Road, Mud Bay prides itself as a pioneer of natural pet care, offering a selection of healthy food, toys, supplies and scientifically-based nutritional guidance for dogs and cats. Today, in addition to being the largest pet merchant headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Mud Bay is also one of the top 20 pet merchants in the nation.
Mud Bay is the prominent Pet Supplier in the Pacific Northwest,” said Tricia Freeman, Senior Leasing Agent. “Its niche for healthy pets and amazing customer service is a natural fit for Roosevelt Square Shopping Center. We are so excited to add Mud Bay to the merchandising mix and share its pet expertise with the Roosevelt neighborhood.
Located in Seattle's densely populated Roosevelt District, Roosevelt Square is anchored by key merchants including Whole Foods, LA Fitness, Starbucks, Barre3, Swedish Health Services and Chase Bank.
