See How Brands Like Calvin Klein and PepsiCo are Prioritizing Sustainability

When it comes to creating a better planet through sustainability and eco-friendly practices like recycling, people and brands are paying attention. Particularly, Calvin Klein’s implementation of the How2Recycle initiative, which seeks to make recycling instructions more accessible and understandable through packaging design, will enhance consumer education through thoughtful label designs.

Following suit, The Body Shop, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble and other global brands are rolling out reusable packaging initiatives using materials like stainless steel, glass and durable plastic.

"As a global apparel company, we recognize that we have a responsibility to reduce waste,” said Marissa Pagnani-McGowan, Group Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at PVH Corp in a statement, according to Retail Dive. “And one key way to do so is by minimizing our packaging and making it recyclable.”
