Following the success of its Winter Park location, Sixty Vines has made its grand entrance at Plaza Venezia in Orlando, FL, occupying the space where Roy’s Restaurant once stood. This new addition to the brand’s growing portfolio represents more than just an expansion — it marks a true flagship location for Sixty Vines.
In choosing Plaza Venezia for this venture, Sixty Vines aimed to elevate the dining experience by replicating the look and feel of their original prototype in Texas. The barnyard-inspired aesthetic and thoughtfully designed space perfectly embody the brand’s relaxed yet refined approach. The open layout allows ample natural light, creating an inviting and airy ambiance. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor dining, with spaces that accommodate everything from intimate dinners to large events and conferences.
One of its standout features is an impressive wine bar, offering 60 wines on tap. This innovation highlights Sixty Vines’ commitment to sustainability, as serving wine from kegs helps save thousands of bottles each year. The open kitchen further enhances the experience, giving diners a behind-the-scenes view of their meals being freshly prepared.
Orlando has been an amazing market for us,” said Jeff Carcara, Sixty Vines CEO. “We’re so excited to open our newest restaurant in Sand Lake and share our ‘pinkies down’ approach to wine with the community. Our concept is all about creating a transportive wine country experience.
The menu captures the essence of vineyard-style dining, with each dish intended to be shared among friends. Guests can savor a variety of thoughtfully curated plates, such as the Beet & Herbed Goat Cheese Salad, Wood-Roasted Cauliflower, and the Fig & Prosciutto Pizza. For those looking to elevate the experience, the menu also features a variety of artisanal charcuterie boards, served with chef-procured accoutrements.
The new Sixty Vines is located in Orlando’s renowned “Restaurant Row” along Sand Lake Road, nestled in the upscale Dr. Phillips area. Known for its diverse array of high-quality dining options — from Italian and seafood to sushi and steak houses — this area is a culinary hotspot for locals and tourists alike. Its proximity to major attractions like Universal Orlando Resort and the Orange County Convention Center only enhances its appeal as a premium dining destination.
Plaza Venezia is a 202,722 SF shopping center, situated near Orlando’s strongest concentration of restaurants. Anchored by Publix, its merchandising mix includes popular names like Rocco’s Tacos, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, First Watch Restaurant, and Foxtail Coffee Co.
