Strategic Leasing Expands Regency’s Colorado Portfolio

Written by Regency Centers | Jul 2

At Regency Centers, our centers are more than places to shop—they’re dynamic gathering hubs where local and national brands and their communities come together. Recent leasing momentum has ramped up across two Denver-area centers in particular: Applewood Village and Buckley Square.

Applewood Village (Wheat Ridge, CO)

Located just west of Denver, Applewood Village continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants that complement its strong neighborhood presence. Two exciting additions are set to bring new energy to the center:

Club Pilates: This national wellness brand opened its doors in April, offering a modern approach to Pilates with classes for all fitness levels. With a loyal following and growing demand for low-impact workouts, Club Pilates brings a strong health and wellness component to Applewood Village.

Bricks & Minifigs: A family favorite, Bricks & Minifigs is a specialty toy store that buys, sells, and trades LEGO® sets, pieces, and minifigures. It joined the Applewood lineup in May and serves as a perfect fit for the center’s community-friendly atmosphere, appealing to families, collectors, and creative minds of all ages.

These recent additions at Applewood Village and Buckley Square underscore our strategy of bringing in high-quality tenants that reflect the needs of the neighborhoods we serve,” said Alyson Gannon, Leasing Agent. “From beloved local sandwich shops to nationally recognized wellness brands, we’re focused on building tenant mixes that support daily life and foster long-term community connections here in Colorado.

Buckley Square (Aurora, CO)

Across town at Buckley Square, momentum is also building with the addition of two new tenants that reflect the center’s local flavor and everyday convenience:

Snarf’s Sandwiches: A Colorado-grown favorite known for its toasty, crave-worthy sandwiches, Snarf’s will bring its signature bold flavors to Aurora. With a dedicated local following and a strong lunch crowd appeal, Snarf’s will serve as a neighborhood staple, with a projected opening of early 2026.

Postal N Print Hub: Adding essential services to the lineup since June, locally owned Postal & Print Hub offers shipping, mailing, printing, and business support services. It’s a convenient, community-focused addition that enhances the center’s role as a one-stop destination.

From onboarding new businesses to maintaining safe, welcoming environments, we’re proud to support the operational side of what makes Applewood Village and Buckley Square successful neighborhood centers," said Emily Johnson, Property Manager.
