Welcome to Regency’s latest redevelopment — Regencycenters.com. This prime piece of digital square footage has been designed with you in mind. We have crafted an experience for each of our audience types, after thorough primary research and analysis of how the site is used. The new look and feel of the site reflects a focus on our properties, merchants, surrounding communities, and company culture.

“We wanted to design a website with a ‘mobile-first’ approach as our visitors have been dramatically shifting towards mobile use over the last several years,” said Jan Hanak, Regency’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications. “Designing for mobile didn’t mean we ignored our desktop visitors as the website is fully responsive and will look and function perfectly on any screen.”

This new site uses design and content to bring the people and places we value to life. The full, rich story of each of our centers, people, and communities we serve will take the forefront in this mobile-friendly, user-anchored project. A redesigned “In Development” section showcases Regency’s recent and noteworthy projects.

“We chose to push the new site’s technology boundaries for an enriched visitor experience,” said Dale Johnston, Regency’s Senior Vice President and CIO. “it is going to be a flexible communications tool that can adapt to changing industry and company needs.”

Navigation has been simplified to keep pages easy to scroll and click through, without an overwhelming amount of options or clicks to find a specific information. Our smart search functionality allows visitors to find exactly what they are looking for by using keywords, names, or properties. This includes searches for city names and market names, quickly displaying all available properties within a trade area.

Location-based filters have been woven throughout the site to provide accurate nearby results, especially for mobile users. Property pages’ information has been greatly simplified, and information can now be shared directly from the site with one click.

“To ensure a positive experience for all of our visitors,” Jan continued, “we used intentionally simplified messaging and large, powerful imagery to better convey the quality of our centers. Additional details on each property page include links to relevant news stories, center website links, and social walls displayed for the center.”
