CityLine Market has announced that 10 new tenants, including five restaurants, are set to open in Spring 2016.

Located in Richardson, CityLine is a 186-acre mixed-use development that will include an Aloft Hotel, LOOK Cinemas, a Whole Foods Market and around 4,000 residential units.

Joining those companies will be restaurants Taco Diner, Luna Grill, Modmarket, Pei Wei, Smashburger, 18|8 Fine Men's Salon, Massage Envy Spa, CityLine Dental, The Joint Chiropractic, and Luxx Lash.

The development is set to be one of the biggest employment hubs in North Texas. Regency (NYSE: REG) is leasing 1.5 million square feet to State Farm in three office buildings at CityLine. Employers including Raytheon, AT&T Inc., The University of Texas at Dallas, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Texas, Verizon Business and Cisco Systems also will ave operations there.
