Regency Centers is proud to announce the development of Ellis Village Center, a premier open-air shopping destination poised to become the heart of retail in Tracy, California. Anchored by a 23,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market, and supported by a carefully curated mix of shops, restaurants, and service retailers, Ellis Village Center is designed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing and affluent community.

Construction is scheduled to complete in late 2026. With over 12,000 new homes still to be built in the area and direct access to I-580 and I-205, Ellis Village Center is well positioned to meet long-term demand in this high-barrier, high-growth market.
