Regency Centers is proud to announce the development of Ellis Village Center, a premier open-air shopping destination poised to become the heart of retail in Tracy, California. Anchored by a 23,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market, and supported by a carefully curated mix of shops, restaurants, and service retailers, Ellis Village Center is designed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing and affluent community.

Strategically located at the gateway to the Ellis Master-Planned Community at Corral Hollow Road and Ellis Town Drive, the center will serve more than 10,000 new homes planned in the trade area. Ellis Village Center South will feature over 25,000 square feet of additional retail, as well as a prominent drive-thru restaurant opportunity. A second phase, Ellis Village Center North, offers further leasing potential and is in the planning phase.

Construction is scheduled to complete in late 2026. With over 12,000 new homes still to be built in the area and direct access to I-580 and I-205, Ellis Village Center is well positioned to meet long-term demand in this high-barrier, high-growth market.
