Last month, Regency rolled out its newest website update: Second Generation Spaces. This fully-integrated, data-driven public search tool not only automatically populates second generation spaces available at centers around the country, but also filters the type of business that the space was previously used for: medical, restaurant or salon.
Additionally, the search bar — which can be found on the right hand side of the homepage — allows users to filter their property search results by type, location and size range.

Overall, the accessibility and convenience surrounding second generation spaces helps Regency merchants save time, money and energy in finding their dream locations.
