Fast-Casual Eatery Organic Krush Headed to Westport, CT's Compo Acres

Written by Regency Centers | Feb 13

With healthy, fast-casual on-the-go meals at the forefront of the food and beverage industry, eatery Organic Krush is helping pave the way. This new “lifestyle eatery” will join Westport, CT’s Compo Acres Shopping Center as one of two new Connecticut Organic Krush locations.

The concept was inspired by a mutual desire for a local one-stop-shop offering healthy lunch, organic coffee and a family dinner that founders Fran Paniccia and Michelle Walrath would feel good about serving their children. Nine months later and after joining forces with chef James Tchinnis, Organic Krush opened its flagship location in Woodbury, NY, and has eight storefronts today.

After learning about Organic Krush and dining in myself, I was immediately hooked and knew it would be an incredible addition to Compo Acres,” said Sean Mirkov, Leasing Agent. “It not only offers healthy and organic options, but Organic Krush also has great smoothie and juice options that I know our fitness merchants and customers will love. We're thrilled for the opening and foresee many years of success at Compo Acres.

With a guilt-free menu that is free from pesticides, GMOs, hormones, and fake ingredients, Organic Krush serves up an extensive menu of all-day breakfast, build-your-own wraps, salads and bowls, juice cleanses, acai bowls, gluten-free baked goods and more. As part of its commitment to transparency, the eatery’s website outlines its ingredient list from A-Z, in addition to protein sourcing patterns and more.

Strategically located a half-mile from downtown Westport, at the intersection of Post Road and Comp Road, Compo Acres is anchored by Trader Joe’s, with fellow merchants including SoulCycle, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Choice Pet Supply and Pokeworks. Learn more about the shopping center here.
