The concept was inspired by a mutual desire for a local one-stop-shop offering healthy lunch, organic coffee and a family dinner that founders Fran Paniccia and Michelle Walrath would feel good about serving their children. Nine months later and after joining forces with chef James Tchinnis, Organic Krush opened its flagship location in Woodbury, NY, and has eight storefronts today.
