Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar celebrates its first Virginia location at Chantilly's
The Field at Commonwealth. This location marks the third Lazy Dog in Regency's portfolio — the first two to arrive were at
The Willows in Concord, CA, and
Mellody Farm outside of Chicago.
We are very excited to welcome Lazy Dog to The Field at Commonwealth, and as the first Lazy Dog in the market,” said Nathan Bath, Senior Manager, Investments. “While pursuing Lazy Dog, our team was impressed by the quality of its architecture inside and out. We also felt the addition of comfort food dishes would provide a great addition to the current merchant mix. With a seasonal menu touting made-in-house sauces, marinades and dressings, Lazy Dog is sure to provide a much needed, full-service restaurant option to the Chantilly community.
Open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Lazy Dog emphasizes the use of fresh ingredients and a rotating, seasonally inspired menu. There's even a separate menu for dogs, which are welcome on the patio, and a membership option available on a quarterly or annual basis for those who foresee bringing their pups often.
The new 8,200 SF restaurant sits in a standalone building directly across from Mellow Mushroom, The Habit Burger Grill and Pueblo's Tex-Mex Grill.
The Field at Commonwealth is anchored by Wegmans. For additional details on the shopping center, visit its website here.
