Local Influencer Opens 'Dandy' Pop-Up Boutique at Regency's Brooklyn Station

Regency is thrilled to be hosting a pop-up shop with Dandy — a local holiday-inspired boutique owned by influencer, entrepreneur, and fashion blogger, Danielle Downing — at Brooklyn Station on Riverside in Jacksonville, FL. The pop-up held its grand opening event on Thursday, November 11th, and will remain open to the public through the end of the year.

With fourteen years of blogging and a growing audience of more than 464K+ Instagram followers under her belt, Danielle wanted a chance to meet her community members face-to-face in an environment that they collectively love most: a curated, in-person boutique shopping experience filled with clothes, accessories, home goods, and more. With Shop Dandy at Brooklyn Station, she is currently making her dreams a reality.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the way this shop has come together with the help of the Regency team,” said Downing. “I’ve been working as an affiliate marketer in the fashion world for more than a decade, so the opportunity to buy and sell inventory in a store of my own that’s inspired by the styles and tastes of my community members is really a dream come true.

Since opening its doors just over a week ago, the shop has been a destination for Danielle’s online followers not just locally, but from across the country, with shoppers flying in from Arizona, Kansas, Georgia, and traveling from other parts of Florida just to visit. The “Instagrammable” experience, which encourages shoppers to bring their kids or friends, and kick back and enjoy refreshments on the couch, offers an expansive product line including apparel, jewelry, festive party supplies, home decor and barware, and even dog toys.
