Modern furniture, home decor and home accessories will arrive in Vernon Hills at Mellody Farm when retailer West Elm arrives in Lake County in 2020. West Elm will occupy 11,729 SF between Barnes & Noble and REI.

West Elm is known for its range of offerings — from furniture to kitchen and dining accessories, pillows and decor, lighting, rugs, bed and bath.
This will be the first West Elm location in Regency's 421-property portfolio.
