If you’re on the hunt for the easiest, most delicious tailgate recipe, look no further! This buffalo chicken dip satisfies any appetizer craving and feeds a crowd.
This has been a crazy year, to put it lightly, but it’s been so fun to have some semblance of normalcy with the start of football season. Whether you’re a die hard fan or, like me, more in the I hope both teams have fun and stay safe camp, I think we can agree that appetizers unite all of us.
Our #doodlemom took us shopping to Regency Centers' Midtown East shopping center here in Raleigh, NC as we need to get ready for the upcoming games between the Tampa Bay Rays and the LA Dodgers.
We went to our favorite place on earth, PetPeople Stores. You all know we get our food there, but this time we went to get goodies and toys (so that we behave while watching the first baseball game tonight). We also walked around Midtown East — it's such a cool place to go shopping! Mom loves Wegmans and took us there too.
Whether you’re a sports fan or not, I think we can all agree on the fact that Football season has brought back some sort of “normalcy” for everyone. It just feels, well, not like most of 2020. Tailgating at football games has to be one of my favorite things — sometimes even more than the actual game. Even though we’re not tailgating in person this season, the feel of Fall, football on TV in the background while cooking up some fun game day snacks just makes us feel good, am I right?
Sports have been a bit different this season, but we are still happy to be able to enjoy watching it with our closest family and friends—especially with delicious food and drinks that I grabbed from Regency’s Village at La Floresta to create the Ultimate Tailgate Takeout!
Hi friends! Today, I wanted to share a fun idea for The Ultimate Tailgate Takeout! This is perfect for hanging out with your family while watching the game — or, you can set it up in your driveway for some fun distance tailgating with neighbors.
In partnership with Regency Centers' Prairie City Crossing, it's a Taco Bar Party that can be easily made to accommodate every kind of lifestyle.
They may not be able to kick off their pregame festivities at the stadium, but that doesn’t stop them from dropping the tailgate and setting up shop.
Football season is back! These FAN-tastic Miami Dolphins Football Cakesicles are sure to make you the MVP of your game day celebration.

It's a sliding into home kinda day. Even though watching sports has been a little different this year, there are still lots of ways to celebrate my favorite teams from my living room!
In partnership with Regency's Ultimate Tailgate Takeout, I decided to make a little Nationals themed cocktail with some ingredients I picked up from Whole Foods at Regency's Market Common Clarendon shopping center!
Football season is back, and we have never felt as excited for Game Day as we do this year!
With the return of live sports, it feels like a small return to “normalcy” and the perfect time to connect with fellow fans as we cheer on our favorite teams. It looks like the majority of us will be watching the game virtually from home this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t kick off the season with a tailgate-inspired viewing party!
The bird gang will be back in less than 2 weeks and while football may look different this year, we are still kicking off this season and getting in spirit.
Starting a new tradition with bubba and making Kickoff Kits every year. Recently visited Newtown Square Shopping Center by Regency Centers and all these items are from @acmemarkets and @michaelsstores 💚
From MLB walkups to NBA warmups, getting pumped before a big game always starts with one thing: music.
Music has the unique ability to boost any mood and enhance every gathering. From our favorite party jams to our pre-boardroom pump up songs, the Regency team has curated the following playlist that’s perfect for your next tailgate or pregame celebration.
Football season is here! While we can't tailgate or host game watch parties like usual, there are still plenty of ways to get into the spirit. I recently visited Regency's Woodway Collection shopping center to build "Tailgate Takeout" boxes for my friends in preparation for the upcoming season!
