Regency's Welleby Plaza is thrilled to welcome Conga’s Pet Grooming, a South Florida-based dog grooming business, to the shopping center in early 2022. Located in Sunrise, FL, Welleby Plaza will be home to Conga’s first ever brick-and-mortar space since the company began as a mobile operation in 2016.
