Luxury fitness brand, Equinox, has recently taken stake in what they project will be the next wellness craze – Rumble, a NYC-based, boxing-inspired fitness company.
The year-old startup currently has gyms in Chelsea and NoHo, with a third location in the works. With backers like Sylvester Stallone and Justin Bieber, coupled with a celebrity following including the likes of Selena Gomez to David Beckham, Rumble was recently valued at roughly $80 million.
Co-founders Andy Stenzler, fitness professional, and hospitality guru Eugene Remm have combined their expertise to result in a 45-minute, full-body group workout that's half strength and body circuits and half training with water-filled punching bags. Clients can expect a stimulating and motivating environment with high-energy music and dramatic lighting.
