Chicago-based boutique fitness chain SPENGA recently signed a deal with Regency’s Gateway Shopping Center in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Comprising 4,245 SF of space, the studio is projected to open in late spring or early summer.

SPENGA represents a first-of-its-kind fitness experience. Offering a unique combination of high-interval strength training, spinning, and yoga, the workout puts equal focus on cardio, strength, and flexibility in one 60-minute session. Each element of the workout has a dedicated space within the studio, and the 20-20-20 format delivers a workout that maximizes results without breaking down the body.
I’ve been a fitness instructor for more than 20 years and have always envisioned the Gateway area as the perfect spot for a business of my own,” said Mary Bulman, Owner. “When I came across SPENGA, I fell in love with everything about the concept — from the exercise format and boutique fitness environment, down to the branding and colors. I’m excited to bring SPENGA to the Wayne area and look forward to helping people reach their goals through fitness and community.
The studio space features amenities including private showers, a kids room, and an InBody scanner, as well as fuel and gear for the ultimate workout. Members can choose from 4, 8, or unlimited monthly classes, plus enjoy a 30-day SPENGA guarantee, freeze options, and online or mobile booking.
Early members will receive two weeks free of classes before the grand opening.
