Regency’s Mercer Square, which recently had a surprise celebrity visit, isn’t ready to step out of the spotlight just yet. Two health and wellness powerhouses — HOTWORX and MassageLuXe — have joined the merchant lineup at the Doylestown, PA, shopping center, enhancing the community with a dynamic blend of offerings.

Torching calories takes on a whole new meaning at HOTWORX, a 24-hour fitness studio that offers members unlimited access to virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts. The first-of-its-kind fitness program combines heat, infrared, and exercise — or as they like to call it, “3D training” — to speed up metabolism, activate the body’s regenerative process, and maximize calorie burn.
Members can choose a 30-minute isometric workout (like Hot Yoga or Hot Pilates) or a 15-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session (like Hot Cycle or Hot Blast). Classes can be taken alone or with up to three people.
HOTWORX is an international franchise with studios across the United States, as well as in Ireland, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. The Doylestown studio is located in a 2,000 SF space at Regency’s Mercer Square.
MassageLuXe
After feeling the burn, guests can decompress at MassageLuXe, a day spa offering high-quality massages, facials, and waxing services. Opening soon in a 2,985 SF space between HOTWORX and ATI Physical Therapy, MassageLuXe is a tranquil atmosphere designed to melt away stress.
Promoting health and wellness for both body and mind, MassageLuXe considers therapeutic massage and skin health treatments as essential parts of a holistic wellness routine. Massage therapy can relieve stress and anxiety, while therapeutic massage provides pain management and relief from chronic conditions. From Swedish to deep tissue, each session is tailored to elevate your well-being and improve quality of life.
MassageLuXe was founded in 2007 in St. Louis, MO, and has rapidly grown into a nationwide franchise. The day spa currently has 92 locations across the United States, including California, Colorado, North Carolina, and Florida, and aims to expand to 250 locations by 2025.
